Velocity can be set in Cubase, Fruity Loops and Sonar(Cakewalk) music programs. We do it on the sonar music program, because it's more detailed and easier.
1-) Midi channel is selected. Click the staff wiev box. (Image 1)
2-) Right-click on the music note. (Image 2)
3-) All notes are selected. Right-click on an empty location. Click the Quantize tab. (Image 3)
4-) According to the written note time, the quantize value is selected. (Image 4)
Notes:
It should not be selected while copying, because the process is repeated for each copied note in a BPM change. (Image 5)
